Description
Special emphasis is given to integrated nematode management strategies in major crops. Topics include biological, chemical, cultural, and resistant cultivar approaches for nematode control. The course discusses the economic impact of nematodes on crop productivity and sustainability.  Practical activities include laboratory identification and field evaluation of nematode infestations. The discipline aims to prepare students for research and professional activities in agricultural nematology.
